1. Our Services

AutosCheckPro provides vehicle history reports compiled from multiple data sources, including title records, accident history, odometer readings, salvage records, and manufacturer recalls. Reports are delivered digitally to the email address you provide, typically within minutes of payment.

2. Accuracy of Information

• We compile our reports from data supplied by third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every report is complete or free of errors.
• Vehicle history reports reflect the information available to us at the time of the request. Events not reported to data providers will not appear in your report.
• Our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for a purchase decision. We encourage you to have the vehicle professionally inspected as well.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate vehicle information (VIN or registration number).
• You are responsible for ensuring the VIN you provide is entered correctly. Reports generated for an incorrect VIN are not refundable.
• You agree to use the Site and our reports lawfully and not to resell, redistribute, or misuse the data without our written consent.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed by our secure payment providers.
• Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is non-refundable, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because reports are delivered electronically immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds after delivery. If you believe you received a defective or inaccurate report due to an error on our side, contact us at support@autoscheckpro.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will review your request.

6. Intellectual Property
